I have to say I have never experienced such poor service than when I visited this Vodafone shop. The Vodafone staff member who begrudgingly came to our “service” was arrogant and treated us like we were doing nothing but wasting his time. He would not answer our questions with any meaningful answers and told us he would not sell us a prepaid SIM card anyway as we were tourists. Keep away from this Vodafone shop as this Vodafone staff member was a pig. If Vodafone want to fire this individual check the video footage at the store around 6.30pm on the 29th of August.

This shop is a disgrace for this company. The mistakes made during and after signing my contract for DSL-Internet are simply too numerous to recount. I had no internet for two weeks before my connection was set up, because the employees there wanted to sell me a router whose box had already been opened and, when i refused, did not explain me my other options for temporary internet. I had to go to the Vodafone store at Hermannplatz to have everything corrected and a very good deal offered to me. Now I realize that none of the extras I asked for when setting up the contract have been included in it. Avoid at all costs.

Traveling internationally, agents were unhelpful at rectifying an issue with a previously purchased SIM card. They also referred me to a hotline to call after purchasing another SIM (which I can't do without the SIM) and refused to let me use the store phone. Worthless.
