We went here to grab a bite with my family because we had a decent experience the first time around. We sat down and waited patiently, reminding the waiter multiple times that we would like to order. When two tables were served before us that had sat down quite a while after us I got up and tried to remind them that we waited for about an hour and that we really needed to start ordering or we'd miss our show.

The response was anything but nice. I was told that I should tell the waiter to whom he pointed before he went back to whatever he was doing. So I walked over and the waiter basically ran past me just telling me "not now". So we decided to leave quietly, without making a fuss until he had the audacity to tell us that everybody should anticipate a little wait instead of giving an apology for ruining our dinner that night.

Won't be back and were very happy with the sushi we got across the street instead.

When we had an extra request (a small extra plate), we first had to explain why we needed it. When the food was brought later, the waiter only waved his hand to make room instead of opening his mouth and addressing or asking. Otherwise he was just plain rude. Because of this encounter, we will definitely not visit the restaurant again and therefore only 3 stars.

Das Restaurant ist fussläufig zum S-Bahnhof gelegen und hat eine Innen- sowie Aussenbereich.

Die Hauptspeisen (Pizza, Lasagne, Ravioli) waren alle sehr lecker und hatten eine gute Portionsgrösse.

Preislich sind die Speisen im leicht gehobenen Segment.

Theoretisch würde ich 4-5 Sterne vergeben. Leider war einer der Kellner sehr unfreundlich bzw. einfach ohne Benehmen.

Als wir eine extra Wunsch hatten (kleinen extra Teller), mussten wir erst erklären wozu wir den brauchen. Als später das Essen gebracht wurde hat der Kellner nur mit der Hand gewedelt Platz zu machen, anstatt den Mund aufzumachen und es anzusprechen bzw. zu fragen. Ansonsten war er auch einfach nur unfreundlich. Aufgrund dieser Begegnung werden wir das Restaurant definitiv nicht mehr besuchen und daher auch nur 3 Sterne.

Zur Verteidigung der restlichen Belegschaft
muss man sagen, dass diese sehr nett waren.

Wir wollten schon lange mal hier essen. Sieht nett aus, obwohl es an einer belebten Kreuzung liegt. Wir wurden aber enttäuscht. Zu langes Warten auf das Essen, 1 1/2STUNDEN. Die Pasta war geschmacklos, der Salat unter den Calamaretti war matschig, lag wohl zu lange in Wasser oder Dressing und das Dressing war zu viel und zu sauer. Insgesamt waren die Bedienungen zwar nett, aber insgesamt werden wir wohl nicht noch einmal dort hin gehen. Es gibt bessere Möglichkeiten italienisch Essen zu gehen in Hermsdorf.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit einer ausgesprochen leckeren Küche. Mein erster Besuch war ein voller Erfolg und hoffe dass auch die folgenden Besuche eine gleichbleibende, schmackhafte Qualität hergeben.
Auf Extrawünsche wird gerne Rücksicht genommen und so wie man es sich wünscht umgesetzt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Essen war ein Genuss und wurde mit einem leckeren Wein der auf Empfehlung kam abgerundet.
