Heute um 20:30 Essen mit Lieferung bestellt und Bestellnummer erhalten. Nach einer Stunde telefonisch nachgefragt. Angeblich gab es die von uns genannte Bestellnummer nicht. Online-Bestellung sei derzeit gar nicht möglich. Unmittelbar nach Beendigung des Gesprächs wurde die Bestellung online vom Kathmandu storniert.Bei erneuter telefonischer Nachfrage wie es denn möglich sei, dass eine angeblich nicht existierende Bestellnummer storniert wurde teilte man uns mit, dass Online nicht funktioniere weil zu viel zu tun sei und man nicht liefern wolle. Abholung wäre kein Problem.
