A really nice restaurant with excellent service and outstanding food. We had the good fortune of eating here during asparagus season and had an outstanding weinerschnitzel with asparagus and an equally good wurst plate. As others have mentioned, arrive with an appetite. This is hearty German fare with large portions of well prepared food. The deserts were delicious as well.

Restaurant recommended by Intercontinental hotel concierge. Food OK, not so great. Restaurant very smelly of cigarette smoke from adjoining bar. No door between the bar and the restaurant. It has been forbidden to smoke in restaurants in Canada for 20 years and the smell really bothered me. At the end of the meal the server pointed the line for the tip on the bill, which seemed inappropriate and unusual compared to other restaurants I have been to in Germany.

Wonderful food, wine and service! Marc and the team looked after us beautifully. A lovely Berlin restaurant, rightly recommended by our concierge at the Intercontinental.

Recommended by the concierge at our hotel, this turned out to be a wonderful dining experience. Courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. The food was delicious and well presented and the wine well paired.

Come for the German food.. stay for the misogyny...? The German sausage platter was good. The broccoli dish was swimming in watery gorgonzola sauce and managed to consist of both undercooked and overcooked pieces. But the servers attitude belonged in the 1950s and made the entire experience very uncomfortable.

I found myself very hungry in Charlottenburg, so I checked discoeat and decieded to book dinner here. Best decision ever!! Get the pork knuckle and dream of it for weeks afterwards. I cannot recommend enough!

Homely cooking in a charming bistrot style. Always great food and service. A hidden gem known mostly only to West Berliners. Shhhh don't tell anyone.....
