Nice place with decent Greek cuisine.

We had Moussaka and really liked that it was served in individual oven-proof dishes, and not, as usual, as a piece from a bigger casserole. For me personally it was a bit too oily, but my husband liked it.

My medium-sweet, after-dinner mocca was a tad too sweet, but dessert was very good (ice cream bowl and Greek yogurt with nuts and honey). A word on the server: Very friendly, attentive and cheerful. Altogether a nice and pleasant dining experience.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a desk and good lighting. Great location right by the U-bahn station on a line that goes straight up into the city centre without changing.

Resently I went to der Kretaner with my wife. We wanted to have a nice romantic dinner somewhere quiet. Der Kretaner is the perfect place for it. We ate the Mezedes at first and then the mix grill and we were full. We drank a nice Cretan wine (Lyrarakis) and the evening was perfect. The waiters are very friendly and compassionate. The restaurant is clean and the decoration is well placed. Especially the many flowers ease the feeling you get while sitting outside, sipping your wine. Now we come here very often and love it!

Not a typical Greek restaurant, on my opinion. Didn't get an Uzo. How is this possible? Portions wer small. My fish was too salty. Like they fried salty fish. Looks like this is an only one restaurant around and they just don't have competitors. I would suggest to go to another Greek restaurant if you want to enjoy real greek friendliness, food and spirit.

Not the most affordable but very tasty. Everything looked like lost on the plate. No veggies and barely any sauce.

Fancy place with authentic starters like Dakos that had me thinking of my time in Crete. Bit pricey but the appetizers are fantastic.
