Lovely little German restaurant in Prenzlauerberg. Dog and child friendly. We had excellent friendly service from all staff members, a little parking spot for our stroller, water and treats for our dog.

Can’t agree with reviews saying the restaurant isn’t cozy, we visited on a chilly October Sunday for lunch and really enjoyed ourselves.

Traditional German food, many options and everything we had was delicious and always brought to our table with a smile. We will be back!

German food for the locals, with very nice service. The portions were generous. The selection was large - typical German dishes and some inspired by Austria. When we were there, they had very nice seasonal mushroom menu in August. Plenty of space outdoors and indoors. The only annoying thing was flies and wasps, but that belongs to this season.

In general, not bad. Personal was very nice. However unfortunately the food came cold (in particular Haxe), seems like it was heated.. and in general tasted just ok for the price.

It's a lovely place for team dinner and this place looks retro and you would love to stay there..and the food is of course very tasty and beer is good

Just wanted to book a place to celebrate Moms birthday, waitress refused to talk with us, and even Listen, and just left. I never experienced that awful attitude.

The food was ok but nothing extraordinary. The place is standard, not cozy and nice like others. It's a bit expensive but the portions are really big.
