Nice staff and they serve you well, it has a good location. sometimes Assala offers open buffet, in which a wide variety of dishes are offered, plus delicious appetisers and more than one a desert type. Tables are indoors and outdoors. It is better to reserve first if you considered going

Don’t even think about eating here!

We were in the open Buffet in Ramadan..it was the most catastrophic eating experience in the last 30 years!!!

-Bad non-organized reservation.
-only two poor silly warm options!! (Main course).
-Only 3-4 appetizers!
-No new filling for the big bowls after they finished!
-they brought new main course..turned to be old food from yesterday and was COLD!!!!!!
-no drinks included in the buffet!!
-one big bottle of water cost six euros extra!!
-18€ for one person..too expensive for nothing!!
-last but least..was really funny at the end I was cutting some small peace of sweets, the knife was broken!! ???? as in the pic!

We heared that this restaurant was good couple of years ago but since a new management came…the restaurant turned to be one of the worst places in Berlin to eat!

The only good things are its a clean and the staff are nice..

Used to be great, but turned terrible after the recent reopening.
We went there two weeks ago: "open buffet" with only one dish, food quality mediocre to bad, overpriced, insects on the ground. Avoid!

Being a tourist from middle east in berlin always makes me want to try something new, but will always want to eat some of my middle dishes. I was looking for an Arabic resturant and found Asaala close to me so i had a walk to it along side my family, it was simply decorated with nice street view. The people inside were amazing and we ordered food, he was also kind to give us good suggestions so that we don't over order. We had the mixed grill and prawn rice. The food was amazing and the potion was big. Really loved the place and will recommend it for everyone.

This place has a great authentic quality arabic food. One of the few places in Berlin where you can get such good food with a reasonable price. Service is great too. Friendly. The portions are big. A place that deserves to be revisited!
