Friendly and wonderful staffs. They responded and redirected to English speaking staff and also helped with forms very patiently. Thanks to them the registration process was smooth.

Wonderful, historical townhall with lots of small insights.
Besides the museum of The Captain of Köpenick get a guided tour of the townhall to learn all about the architecture and the stories.
