I've moved from a tropical country to Berlin in the middle of the winter, so imagine how clueless I was about what I needed to ride in freezing temperatures. So I was looking not only for gear but also guidance. I was extremely well received and assisted by Scott during the entire process of asking all sorts of questions and trying every possible jacket, baselayer and tights.. Came seven minutes before the closure time ask for bibs And lady asked me if I want to try them maybe another time because they are closing. Don’t expect service, They’re busy to go home, I will choose another brand.

Rapha is one of my favourite brands, but visiting the shop was a huge disappointment. Sales person completely ignored us. I’ll possibly continue to shop online, thanks to Rapha’s good retun policy. This customer experience makes me think should I change the brand.

5/5 stars. Super welcoming atmosphere and staff being very helpful. I can definitely recommend dropping by for browsing their collection, but also their cappuccino was great!
