A nice shop with a delightfully crafted layout and a carefully picked but various selection of teas, from China to Korea as well as Africa and India. The owners are friendly and offered us a cup of black tea. If you are near Alexanderplatz I highly suggest you take a look if you like tea! Amazing place!

Haven't been feeling so unwelcomed and discriminated in a store for years. A disturbing experience, missing basic respect. The seemimgly senior staff should be trained on customer service mindset.

Premium tea store with a good atmosphere. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a pleasant tasting. Only drawback: a bit pricey.

I like your store a lot, you have great products.
But the lady with black curly hair needs to change her attitude immediately. I saw that others have complained as well. I was at your store wanting to buy some teas, she came at me with a strong tone of voice, almost demanding and being arrogant. I don’t understand why she even came at me if she is in a bad mood whatsoever, you lost a customer.

My first encounter with tea here in Berlin – and I still love this shop. Going here is always a pleasure. Nice team, a constant inflow of new teas plus lots of know-how. I say Yes to Paper u0026 Tea, and yes :) I almost forgot: Activities and Tastings! You rock!

I discovered this tea at Zeit fur Brot and tasted so good that I want to the store where I bought so much ahaha. The lady was really patient and nice, always cool to be served like that!
