The hotel has very spacious and comfortable suites and its location is very good, leaving a little to be desired in the cleanliness of the rooms. At the reception all my compliments to Andréia, who is always extremely attentive and helpful with any questions we need to clarify.

Windows are not soundproof. Noisy at night. Good breakfast. Nice room interior. You will have cleaning button in Your room if You will not push it. Your room will be not cleaned.

I have had the worst experience for any hotel that I have travelled and I have travelled extensively throughout the world!

Booked a Junior Suite at the hotel paying USD 400 a night. Upon arriving I was given a room on the 5th floor and they informed that the lift is out of service! I’ve had to carry my 2 suitcases all by myself up 5 floors with no assistance at all from the hotel staff. They should have clearly informed me that the lift is out of order and your room is on the 5th floor, I could have definitely stayed at another hotel or alternatively the hotel could have put me up in another hotel.

Furthermore, I arrived late at the hotel tired from my meetings and wanted to order water, the receptionist did not pick up the phone and they expect me to walk down 5 floors and up again for drinking water!

Definitely a no go!!

Great location, easy access to bus and train. 5 mins to Charlottenburg Palace, short trip to Berlin centre. Nice rooms, breakfast is limited but good and tje staff were nice and helpful. Room was great with a very comfy bed.

The room we booked at the hotel was very damp and had an accompanying smell. The staff were accommodating and moved us to a different and much larger room. The room was nice but was very warm and the a/c did not work. There was also a loud noise from a vent or something in the room which continued around the clock. The hotel is in a good location, which is quiet but with easy access to public transport to all areas of the city. Not much atmosphere at the hotel during our stay, didn't see anyone at the bar during our 5 nights.
