Nice hotel with a very eye-pleasing lobby and quite nice large rooms. However, the general service leaves a lot to be desired. During our 2-nights stay housekeeping knocked on our doors 4 times to clean it. Don't you have some kind of screening system to know if a guest is in the room? I hate having to open the door just to let someone know that I am still in the room. Secondly, there was a HUGE line upon checking out and only one person worked the desk on a Sunday (!). I know there's a possibility of a fast check-out by leaving your card key in a box, but we did not have enough cash to pay for the parking, and the machine does not accept credit cards, so we had to settle that at the reception which took us about 20 minutes. Plus the driveway at the parking lot is so narrow, you may have difficulty getting in if you drive a bigger car. Overall, for a 5-star hotel, you might do better.
