Wow! What a brilliant hotel. Great staff, great rooms and a great location close to the zoo and aquarium. Most of what you will find in a 5* you will find here too minus maybe a concierge and certain amenities however the reception staff will assist with things a concierge might offer and they will do so without hesitation or attitude. Highly recommended. The decor is wonderful too. I will go again if ever in Berlin.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed.

One of my best hotel experiences in all my travels. Room was awesome. The whole hotel was always clean. The customer service was number 1. The location could not be much better. I just booked another stay there in about 2 weeks.

Great hotel with friendly staff, comfy and clean room and great facilities. We spent three nights there and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and specious with views to the Zoo. The facilities were amazing with access to a nice and equipped gym, large swimming pool, sauna and spa. The hotel was always smelling of a nice perfume which makes it even more enjoyable. I recommend it.

The look and feel of the hotel and Spa is absolutely worth the price.
Overall service was absolute unsatisfying. Long waiting times for check-in and hotel bar as well as missing reachability via phone (not even from hotel room) - not acceptable. Not even speaking about special request, which could not be handled at all.
Looking straight at customer experience - price per night is absolutely not reasonable.

the room was big and quite, hade every think we need (and more) inside - a coffee machine and capsules refill, tea and water. the stuff was very friendly an helpful.

the hotel located not in the center but if you are staying with kids the location is very good because the zoo, the botanic garden and the aquarium is near by and the bus station to Carle's strawberry farm is there..

Absolutely loved staying here. Hotel is amazing, the bar is beautiful! Drinks were great, service was amazing (shoutout to Jans). Breakfast was also great, so many options and very tasty. The spa is a must, we loved going down and chilling out after a long day of sight seeing before heading out for dinner. Will definitely be booking again if we find ourselves back in Berlin (which I hope we do!)

Nice hotel with a very eye-pleasing lobby and quite nice large rooms. However, the general service leaves a lot to be desired. During our 2-nights stay housekeeping knocked on our doors 4 times to clean it. Don't you have some kind of screening system to know if a guest is in the room? I hate having to open the door just to let someone know that I am still in the room. Secondly, there was a HUGE line upon checking out and only one person worked the desk on a Sunday (!). I know there's a possibility of a fast check-out by leaving your card key in a box, but we did not have enough cash to pay for the parking, and the machine does not accept credit cards, so we had to settle that at the reception which took us about 20 minutes. Plus the driveway at the parking lot is so narrow, you may have difficulty getting in if you drive a bigger car. Overall, for a 5-star hotel, you might do better.
