Dr. Sebastian is a very good doctor, but the receptionists have always been very rude with me, and even more by phone. I am always nice and polite with them.

For people like me that has mental health issues it is very unpleasant. You should treat people better or change the people in reception for nicer people.

I always have a hard time of anxiety when I have to call you. This shouldn't be happening with the ones that are supposed to help you,

Also the waiting times in the waiting room are for hours some days.

Why should I keep going here? Years ago they were nicer.

I went to this praxis a while ago and experienced something I never thought could happen. I had an appointment and was waiting in the waiting room for a while (about 40min). Eventually when I got up to literally just have a look at the reception to see if maybe someone of the staff would notice me say something, and before I even could approach anyone, there was a male young doctor that looked at me in the most aggressive way and said "Wenn sie mich noch einmal etwas fragen, dann explodiere ich" (If you'll ask me one more thing, I'll explode) As in, I'll punch you in the face?..if you ask me one more thing?
By the way , I hadn't even spoken to this "doctor" before.
I wasn't feeling good anyway at.that point and I just broke down in tears. It made me so anxious that I couldn't stop crying. How can you talk to someone like that, specially as a professional? Shame on you.
It's one year later and here I am writing this review again because it somehow disappeared. Honestly, these small things, and the way you treat others can really leave small traumas on people. Watch yourself.
Horrible Horrible Horrible.
Don't go here.

Literally the best team. Doctors are extremely nice and caring. Always interested in helping, always trying their best.

One of the kindest and most patient doctors practices I have every been to. They were extremely helpful - especially to a non-German speaker - I can highly recommend.

I have been going to this doctor for a few years now. Overall the doctors are friendly and helpful but will only diagnose you for a very short time. This is not great but understandable since they have a lot of patients. Like other reviews have mentioned, a bit strange that you need to make an appointment for emergency hours (this was even before Corona). But it's usually pretty easy to get an appointment quickly so it's not a big problem.

As much as I like the doctors at this office, some of the receptionists can be pretty rude at times - especially in email or phone conversations. They seem a lot nicer in person. I had a not very nice incident with one of the receptionist which led me to the original review, but during my last visit one of the doctors apologized and explained the situation to me and now I feel a lot better about everything that happened. And so I am upgrading my review from 2 starts to 4 starts, since in my experience most doctors' offices would not take the time to apologize.

I honestly have to say that this is an example of a Praxis with staff who truly care for their patients . Even when they were about to close and I was urgently needing a last minute appointment before the weekend , they helped me and also asked the doctor to call me . They are very busy these days with the corona situation but they never treat you badly or rush you , they are kind and understanding and I honestly will always come to them. They are also very thorough with their tests , they make sure they rule out all other possible issues even if you only went where for one thing . Thank you so much for being the best Praxis in Berlin .

I had been very satisfied with the doctors here, but the team recently chose to withhold a repeat prescription for life-saving medication, leaving me without therapy, quoting rules that have never been communicated in the 3.5 years I have been taking medication prescribed by the clinic.

The written communication that followed was, I feel, void of empathy. I believe that this is inexcusable and unforgivable.
