Fun u0026 incredible place to play pool with your friends and even families were playing. Good atmosphere and affordable prices.

Make sure to call them and book a table. Otherwise be ready to wait for at least 40-50 mins.

Amazing Location. Set in the middle of the Kultur Brauerei. Prices for drinks were standard. 3 Euro each for an orange juice and bottle of Becks beer. Was pretty füll so I would recommend booking a pool table in advance
Pool table cost 9.60 an hour or 60 Cent each minute. Nice atmosphäre. Really enjoyed playing a decent game of pool. Didn't get a chance to take decent photos. But it is worth going there. Next time I come to Berlin, I will go to Pool and cigars again. Thumbs up from us. One minus point. Maybe it is "Berliner Schnauze" but there was an undertone which was a bit unfriendly and impolite but not to the level of rudeness.

Really cool bar with many pool tables.
Reservation is recommended, especially on weekends.
It also has a smoking room for smokers.
Always have a lot of fun every time I come here! :)

I love this place, but expectation management could be improved. I called on Tuesday to reserve a table for Thursday, was informed that all the reservable tables were booked, we should just turn up and we'll wait a "maximum of 30 minutes". Turned up on Thursday. Was informed that there were 6 groups waiting for tables and we'd have to "wait a minimum of 1 hour". Meh. Phoned another pool club and got a table immediately. Perhaps a bad day. I'll still come back.

Great place to play pool games and have some drinks. Many tables are available but reservation is advised. There is an isolated room that is great for events.

Went there the second time with a large crowd of 8 people on 2 tables. The location is alright, sometimes a bit narrow where you need to watch out for your pool neighbors, no biggie. Tables are alright, no complaints here.

What causes this review to be only 1 star is the absolute worst customer service I experienced ever. If you don't order anything, you are considered a bad customer from this one staff person working there. I was bullied into ordering drinks (i didn't) -- even though the large group of mine already ordered several drinks, making them more money per table compared to a 2-person setup.

While paying for the table, we couldn't split the bill, because said person was too annoyed to do their work. We could split it the first time no problem. I was basically told that I am no longer welcome in this establishment if I don't order any drinks on top of paying them for the pool table.

Completely unacceptable. I won't come back, and you should not give them any of your money. I bet this place could be nice, but this one person is ruining a fun experience.

Friendly staff and great venue. Prices are also fine. Usually spend 30€ for three people and 1-2 hours. (Including some drinks)
