Always good location, with a fantastic service and delicious food. The design of Pier 13 either the large terrace and the view into the haven is quite unique.

It was ok, however, not particularly easy to find. Google maps will navigate to the near Pier, which is wrong. You need to enter via the Shopping Mall.
