The place is clean and has everything you need for a short stay, so I can't say it was awful. However, the system of check in is super stressful and I believe it requires some changes. It was hard to find the correct entrance, then I even did not know which key out of 5 I should take and thus took a random one, noone ever answered the phone (I tried to reach reception daily in different hours), the only contact people there were the cleaners, who speak zero English. They also constantly chat on phone in a very emotional way, which is annoying as the walls there are pretty thin. Besides, it would be nice to know that there is no elevator, as for me it was rather "fun" to lift my huge bag over all those steps.

I booked and requested a disabled room. It was well within the free cancellation period. I chose this property as they offer free cancellation. I am a wheelchair user and suffer ill health so occasionally need to cancel for health reasons. They did not reply until after the free cancellation period was up, to say they had 2nd floor rooms and no lift. Totally unsuitable. I asked for a refund, due to their poor administration but they refused. I feel totally cheated.

There's no reception. To check-in, you ring a phone number and they tell you how to open the safe with keys inside. The hotel never responded to our call, however. We only got our key due to luck - another guest arrived, who already knew the code.

The hotel itself had a lot of noise from the street. The WiFi didn't work. Half of the lights in our room didn't work.

An odd experience to put it simply. We stayed here for 5 nights and had the same bedding/towels for the whole of our stay. When arriving,we couldn't open the door as it was locked and nobody was to be found. After ringing the number on the door a countless number of times we finally got through. Overall experience was odd but once we were in it wasn't so bad

Horrible. No reception. No one to attend the phone calls. The phone number supplied is wrong. Never ever visit this place.
