On the website it said that I would get a hair dryer but it could not be found. After I reported that, I got the answer that this guesthouse has no hairdryer at all. As the staff at the "front desk" was also surprised that something like this was on the website.
After the first night, the blinds didn't go down either, which I didn't report because it wouldn't do anything anyway ????
The instructions for high-speed internet in the room on the table could also be slowly updated, because they only apply to Windows XP

The staff was super nice !! However, the service doesn't even deserve a star.

Ich war nun 7 Tage in einem Einzelzimmer in der Pension Lette Eck und muss feststellen: Diese Pension ist nur ein Ort zum schlafen und das wars auch.
Am Anfang lässt es schon einen stutzen, da man die Geldsumme direkt bei der Anmeldung bezahlen muss.
Schon am 1.Tag ging das Licht im Bad nicht was auch nach der Meldung nicht repariert wurde.
Die Heizung im Bad auf letzter Stufe war lauwarm.
Die Dusche war sauber schön und gut doch das danach war nicht so schön.
Auf der Internetseite stand dass ich einen Föhn bekomme der war jedoch nicht aufzufinden. Nachdem ich auch das gemeldet hatte bekam ich die Antwort dass diese Pension überhaupt keinen Föhn besitzt. Da Personal an der "Rezeption" war auch überrascht dass sowas auf der Website stand.
Nach der 1.Nacht gingen auch die Jalousien nicht mehr runter was ich aber nicht gemeldet habe da es sowieso nichts bringen würde ????
Die Anleitung zum Highspeed-Internet im Zimmer auf dem Tisch könnte auch langsam erneuert werden, denn die gilt nur für Windows XP
(Rezeption in Anführungsstriche gesetzt da sich diese in der Kneipe nebenan befand. Folge: der gesamte Flur roch nach Zigarettenrauch das Zimmer aber nicht).

Das Personal war super nett!! Jedoch verdient der Service nicht mal einen Stern.
Bus und Ubahn Anbindung gut.
Trotzdem nicht zu empfehlen!

P.S.: Wer vor hat hier zu bleiben sollte seinen eigenen Föhn mitnehmen????.
