So glad and thankful to have landed here. Had an operation on my ankle and stayed 5 days. It was my first hospital stay and as someone who is used to be very active and autonomous not an easy experience but thanks to the great staff of doctors and nurses a really good one. There was even a vegan lunch menu (bring your own options if you want to also eat well and vegan for breakfast and dinner) and the room was also nice with a view onto the park. Very very thankful for the care, smiles and encouragement I received.

I was sent home at 10 in the night without an operation. The staff of the hospital has been wonderful and gracious but I am compelled to ask who is responsible for sending me home at 10;00 in the night without an operation and having been made to fast from 8:00 in the morning ? As aggrieved patients can we ask where does the buck stop and who would be responsible? I am deeply disappointed and having had two bad hospital experiences within a span of 10 days I wonder if I need therapy just to enter a hospital!

Impressed by how the team at Station 1A took good care of me after an emergency surgery (May 2022). Probably the most empathic team I've ever encountered - very thoughtful and attentive. They would also switch to speaking in English whenever they can. Thank you very much for making my stay as comfortable as it can be.

I am so thankful to be here . I had an operation there and stayed 4 days .
All staff are nice and caring .
And if you dont speak german , they try to talk english or find a solution for you .
My room was so nice and clean with a great view and silent .
And the bed was comfortable .

After I left the hospital I went back as emergency there .
The emergency team in Park klinik were professional , fast , caring , nice .
And the labor results were so fast reported to the doctor .

I got allergic reaction to an insect bite. Came here for a consultation and emergency help against allergy. I waited 5 hours and was not checked. It would be great if I was told that there is stuff shortage or something critical and waiting time will be extremely long. I would go to some other place to get medical help

Emergency services personnel were professional. Was taken in quickly. Waiting room was small. The holding area in the back where testing was done was dirty. Blood on the curtain track, walls were dirty by bed. Doctor was proficient and professional. Nurses were friendly. All staff I spoke to were bilingual. Hospital is excellent for immediate care and diagnostic services.
