We stayed for more than a month. People were so kind and welcoming. They were helpful, responsive and what nots. It might seem little high on price but considering the services and hospitality they provide it is worth it especially when you compare other places in Berlin. The place is calm, surrounded with nature and there is weisensee water body with park nearby. 5 minute walk will lead you to tram where you can connect to alexanderplatz in 20minutes also there is bus stop right outside of the hotel and another one nearby in 5 mins walk. There are netto, aldi,edekka nearby for grocery and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. I totally loves the place and missing it already !

I have been staying at the hotel for more than a year now.
It was a great experience from all aspects but first and foremost i have to specify the staff! Each one of them was always kind, friendly and helpful with every request. They create a very friendly energy for the guests here.
Thanks for all the help and for making me feel welcome here during my whole stay!

With a balcony in the rooms, a small lake nearby, a park and Netto grocery shop close by, I enjoyed staying here. The reception people were nice too. I wasn't able to pay with card for my laundry, they said they'd only take coins. That came across as odd to me because I don't like to carry cash, not alone coins.

We booked a room for two for five days and it was amazingly comfortable! The room itself was rather spacious and pretty cosy, with a large bed, and small accomodations such as a small kitchen, a TV, a desk (which can be useful for business trips) and a small balcony. The staff made sure to keep the room tidy while we were gone to visit Berlin, and every evening we were given two bottles of beer and water, and instant coffee, tea and cocoa. The bathroom was spacious too, and contained a bathtub and a shower. We didn't check out the sauna, fitness room or the restaurant, but we definitely had good nights of sleep there!

Also, the smoked sausages in Berlin are great!

A neat residential property for business trips composed of hotel apartments and rooms. Rooms are equipped with desks and small kitchens where residents can prepare thier own hot meals. The dinner is clean and food is fine if you decide to spare the time and have your meal thier. The hotel is business friendly, you can find a computer equipped with a printer at the loopy. The hotel has a gym, sanwa and if you are seeking fun after working hours the hotel has a wonderful lake with marvelous view. Staff are super polit and helpful rooms are clean as the rest of the place.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel thanks to all working staff.

So far, this has been the best hotel I ever stayed in. What matters to me the most is the way everything is set in the room, the space optimized insanely good.
Bathroom is big, nicely set, all needed aspects covered.
The small kitchen on the hallway is tidy and perfect, it has all you need and it's a statement for what you can do in a small space in a wall. This is something I will definitely take with me as a lesson that great ideas can make something cute and nice.
The room is spacious, with e huge double bed, good matresses, fluffy covers and pillows, lights on both sides. There is a desk, a big closet with a safe, other amenities that serve well in a business trip for example.
What I liked a lot is the smartphone you have in the room, which you can take out. Mine had no coverage in Germany (Vodafone RO sucks) and I was able to use this one to move around and find places (it has mobile data on 4G, battery lasts for more than 1 day).
