Love the shoe, was unconvinced about the service. The shoe itself already fits "larger" so that the toe box allows room for your feet to spread, but the in-store clerk was adamant about pushing one size up to the point where I had to say multiple times it is not what I wanted.

Ich war sehr gespannt und wollte unbedingt Barfuß Schuhe “erleben”.. die Schuhe haben bei mir nach einer Woche extrem gedrückt und es ist eine blase entstanden.. ich hab eine Woche Pause gemacht und nochmal eine Woche getragen.. leider ohne erfolg.. Hab dort angerufen und der Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich.. dann besucht und es war leider schlimmer.. er kann nichts tun und wir müssen die Diskussion beenden.. mein Ziel war nicht die Schuhe zurückzugeben, sondern wollte eine Lösung finden (dehnen, umtauschen etc) dass ich die 129 Euro Schuhe nicht nach 2 Wochen weg schmeißen muss...

Hab dort heute meine ersten Barefoot Schuhe gekauft und bin echt gespannt sie für mehrere Stunden zu tragen.
Die Beratung vor Ort war super, hab bestimmt vier Modelle probiert.
Die ersten paar Meter haben mir in den Schuhen gefallen, jetzt bin ich gespannt auf die ersten Kilometer.

Ich liebe Vivobarefoot-Schuhe, bin aber schwer enttäuscht von dieser Niederlassung--Verkäufe sind mehr oder weniger final, Rückgaberecht nicht der Rede Wert, völlig ohne Vorwarnung.

Vor etwas über einer Woche habe ich hier ein Paar Sandalen gekauft, wobei mir der Verkäufer sagte, ich könne ruhig noch einmal online schauen, ob mein eigentliches Wunschmodell dort vielleicht verfügbar wird.

Wurde es, nur leider fand ich dann heraus, dass ich die vor Ort erworbenen nur 7 TAGE lang zurückgeben konnte, und NUR GEGEN GUTSCHEIN. Ich hätte mir sehr gewünscht, dass man mich darauf hingewiesen hätte--jetzt stehe ich mit einem Paar teurer Sandalen da, die ich nicht brauchen kann. Die einzige Auskunft, die man mir noch geben konnte, war, ich sollte sie doch auf Ebay Kleinanzeigen verkaufen--nicht dass, was ich mir beim Einkauf in einem Fachgeschäft vorstelle.

Werde ab jetzt meine Vivos nur noch online einkaufen.
