Ordered some food through lieferando last night, waited for like 80 mins, still didn't get the food. So the next day, I went to this restaurant asking for an explanation, turned out the deliveryman gave my food to the wrong person, well I could let it slide since it's only 20 euro, but the manager's behavior is just unbelievably rude, I've never seen or experienced this kinda service in Tokyo, so I was just simply shocked by the fact that this kinda restaurant exactly exists in Berlin. That's not even the worst, when I was trying to ask for refund, the manager insulted me saying" stop barking like a dog". Im a costumer and I paid for my food. Yet I still got treated like this, the manager even threatened to call the police on me. I'm still shaking while writing this review. This is outrageous. No refund, no food, not even an apology. Worst of the worst. Guys, if anybody read my comment on this restaurant, please think twice before u go there, because you won't be able to complain if anything goes wrong and please don't order their food online.
