Dauerparken wird auch zu recht günstigen Konditionen angeboten. Insgesamt könnte es aber gerne etwas heller beleuchtet sein, da es heute in vielen Parkhäusern üblich ist.
Früher wie heute das Highlight was es in Berlin sonst nirgends gibt, hier kann man sehr gut startende und noch häufiger landende Flugzeuge beobachten, gefühlt wie zum greifen nahe. Wer weiß wie lange noch, da es nicht sicher ist wie lange der Flughafen Tegel noch in Betrieb bleibt.
