Ich bin seit 4 Monaten Patientin in der Panorama Klinik und kann nur sagen, dass ich selten so herzliche, engagierte und kompetente Ärzte, Therapeuten und generell Menschen kennengelernt habe. Jeder Patient wird hier mit seinen individuellen Problemen und Persönlichkeiten gewertschätzt und ernst genommen.
Ich musste z.B. regelmäßig Ersatztermine finden, da ich als alleinerziehende Mutter gelegentlich unvorhergesehen auf meinen Sohn aufpassen musste. Da wurde mir viel Verständnis entgegengebracht, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.
Bei persönlichen Notfällen oder Krisen sind die Therapeuten immer ansprechbar. Man kann sich auch jederzeit mit Fragen und Anregungen an Dr Hoppe wenden; er hat sich bisher immer viel Zeit genommen und ist sehr verständnisvoll. Behauptungen, dass man keine Einzelgespräche als Kassenpatient bekäme, stimmen nicht. Ich bin selbst gesetzlich versichert und habe von anderen Mitpatienten auch nichts anderes mitbekommen.
Außerdem habe ich gelesen, dass häufige Entlassungen der Therapeuten stattfinden und dadurch der Therapieplan chaotisch werden würde. In den vergangenen 12 Monaten wurde kein einziger Therapeut entlassen. Dies wurde mir von anderen Patienten bestätigt. Es kamen höchstens Praktikanten hinzu, die aber allesamt nett und hilfsbereit waren. Das wurde von uns Patienten positiv gesehen.
Als letztes möchte ich kurz noch etwas zu den angeblichen Flirt-Versuchen von Dr Hoppe ggü. weiblichen Patienten sagen. Ich hatte bei keiner Begegnung mit ihm auch nur ansatzweise das Gefühl, dass er mich anflirten würde. Was andere Menschen erlebt haben, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Mir ist jedenfalls nichts seltsames aufgefallen.

Ich kann mich nur sehr positiv über diese Klinik, Dr. Hoppe und alle anderen Therapeuten äußern und hoffe, dass diese positiven Erfahrungen andere Menschen dazu inspirieren, sich an diesem Ort Hilfe zu holen.
