Incredibly rude staff! They have a corner for kids but they complain all the time about kids even though 80% of the customers are parents with kids. On top of that - really bad coffee.

I just love this type of restaurants, they're just lovely and warm, perfect for a cold morning breakfast or an afternoon meal with some good coffee. The guy at the bar had a funny accent, he's nice ????.

We wish we had stopped at the cafe crema a few meters ahead. We went here instead as we knew the brand and thought we know what we will get (like the Starbucks experience). The variety is good but I agree with the comments about unfriendly staff. I wanted to have a cake but the piece was too big (it was half of a normal “Blech”. I asked whether it can be smaller and he offered half but even that was too much. When I asked for 1/4 the short hair lady looked at me appalled aka how could I dare to ask and said NO with a stern look. And I was a bit surprised to see such strong reaction. Deep inside I was like geez no need for such reaction. Ruined our baby sleep break and we will never come back here again!! If you need an example of German non existing customer service this is the right place.
