Im a amateur skincare hobbyists and i felt quite royal by the service. Extremely nice interiors, vibes and presentation of basically everything. extra thanks to ro Pia for being precise and patient with my silly questions. You’ll be just blown away by the quality of these creams especially the new fragrances they create.

Truly amazing place with a professional and friendly service, huge variety of organic/natural cosmetics. You can also have a small tester to try the stuff at home, which I wish more shops could have as all skins are different and you really need to have a possibility to try creams.

I ordered online and despite being home and having a paket shop literally next to my house, the courier went directly to a paket station 45 minutes away from my home (well punched that in his computer as after making the journey they informed me my package had not actually arrived yet despite the ticket in my postbox). I understand this is a common occurrence in Berlin, and there are worse things in the world, but since DHL will never take responsibility, I believe sellers (particularly luxury ones) have an obligation to hold their deliverers accountable. Products are good. Will never order online again.

First time I went in, we waited 10 min while the girls were chatting in the back office. Second time I went, I asked information to one of the staff girl about a hair product and on top of repeating what was written on the label (no knowledge at all of the product), she abandoned me after 5min to sneak in the back office without any words to finally leave the shop 3 min later. I get her shift was done, but she could at least let me know and call a colleague for replacement...

The interior is much pinned on Pinterest :) it's small but well-designed. Friendly staff let you browse at your own pace. You even get a complimentary cup of tea. Enjoy!
