Really rude and unprofessional manager/customer service. Blaming me very annoyed for making too much work while following the instructions they gave me. No apologies were given from their side.
My experience in the overkill shops was mainly negative. While the first pair of shoes that I ordered there, ended up badly after only a couple weeks, I received a voucher. Yet, finding the right shoe was not easy for me (I am not an experienced sneaker wearer), the workers in the store were friendly but unfortunately were quite busy to be too courteous, I ended up spending around 2 hours within two days in the store and still did not find a fitting shoe. The workers referred to the online store. With this recommendation I went online and ordered shoes which were delivered to the store. While the store was super full and the workers seemed to be overstrained I started trying on my shoe. Even though I still did not find THE shoe I took one that was cheap and had a fit more or less. The following one of the workers or I am supposing the manager started complaining about how much work everything I did for them was, in a unsincere, dismissive tone without even really looking me in the eyes. I explained him the situation however he did not only keep on complaining and not admitting anything. I took the shoe tried again to get in a conversation with telling them (now regretting it) that I am sorry for the extra work but that this was the way I was told thus the only way for me to go. Also isnt that exactly what you are paid for then? So sad that customer service seems to not be important anymore in this machinery. Long story short, would advice you to look for another store.
