A very charming restaurant in a quiet neighbourhood with an extremely friendly guy running the show. The menu is a more Mediterranean Greek fare with some of the classics well represented.
We got the saganaki, dakos, gigantia, and calamari.
The saganaki was crisp and we'll flavoured with a lovely fig balsamic.
The dakos could have been better had it not been drowned in so many salty capers, but the overall flavor was still great.
The beans were the star for us, packed with flavour and very filling.
The disappointment was the calamari unfortunately. They were quite gritty and overcooked, and given how wet they were they lost the bite expected with grilled calamari. Hopefully just a bad day for the dish.
All in all this is a lovely restaurant to have a quiet meal with good food, and if I'm in the area again I'd definitely give it another go.
