Beautiful sand beach. Water was great for swimming. On any summer Sunday there are a bit too many boats on the water and engines running.

Nice place out of Berlin, you can access there by boat with the Berliner pass or regular metro ticket.

The place is definitely worth visiting. It took us 50 min to get there from Prenzlauerberg. The route includes train-S-bahn- ferry. Want to focus on the last one: this is just amazing, 15 min trip from one stop along the bank to the small village with fisherman's market. The fish was so delicious and fresh.

Nice forest, close to Berlin but without crowds...
