Immernoch mit Spaß dabei! Dem Körper tut das Training gut und dabei und danach fühle ich mich total wohl und entspannt. Man kann prima den Alltagsstress abbauen und neue Kraft tanken. Die Ernährungstipps sind auch super und mein Mann setzt zu Hause auch viele Anregungen um. Weiter so!
