They're just as bad as the Domino's Pizza back in the US. Except they did not even bother to deliver the Pizza we ordered from them. I will never order from them again.

I should've taken a hint that when I saw "Dominos" instead of Hallo Pizza.

Domino's pizza is located in the heart of Berlin in Pankow.Delicious, yummy, tasty, superb and nice pizza.The staff is very good and polite.I love to eat tomato pizza with capsicum and cheese.The delivery is also quick and perfect.

That's why we immediately called again and instead just wanted our money transferred back. But that was not possible and the situation with the employees got out of hand again. The customer is known to be king, but we have never been treated so condescendingly. Totally unprofessional. PS I am not complaining about the delivery times as they have always been quick and reasonable. But we will definitely not order from there again. Greetings to the team there on site.

Schade so kam die Pizza gerade an.
Nach dem wir angerufen haben und unser Anliegen mitgeteilt haben wurden wir total unfreundlich behandelt. Der Mitarbeiter teilte uns mit er würde seit 8 Stunden dort stehen und sei völlig überfordert mit der ganzen Situation. Dabei wollten wir zuerst nur neue Pizzen erhalten die nicht so aussahen nach dem sie runtergefallen waren. Dieses Gespräch war nicht gerade so als würden Sie den Fehler gemacht haben sondern wir. Aber wir waren auch arbeiten und wollten nur eine tolle Pizza zu Abend essen.
Also anschließend wollten wir keine neuen Pizzen geliefert bekommen haben ,da wir nach diesen extrem unangenehmen Telefonat Angst hatten man würde uns vielleicht noch auf die Pizza spucken. Deshalb riefen wir anschließend gleich noch mal an und wollten stattdessen nur unser Geld zurück überwiesen haben. Doch das war nicht möglich und die Situation mit den Mitarbeiter lief wieder aus dem Ruder. Der Kunde ist doch bekanntlich König doch so herablassend wurden wir noch nicht behandelt. Total unprofessionell. PS Ich beschwere mich nicht über die Lieferzeiten denn die waren bisher immer schnell und angemessen. Doch wir werden definitiv nicht mehr dort bestellen. Liebe Grüße an das Team dort vor Ort.

Meine Rezession habe ich berichtigt da sie meinten wir hätten einen scharfen Ton gehabt. Und sorry aber das schlimmste ist immer noch dass sie jemanden sachen unterstellen gesagt zu haben die niemals passiert sind sowas ist mir noch nicht unter gekommen. Solche Beschimpfungen gehören bestimmt nicht in unseren Wortschatz. Und man sieht wieder dass sie nichts einsehen wollen. Denn die anderen haben immer Unrecht. So wie bei den anderen Rezensionen!!!!
