Cool Hotel in convenient location. staff were helpful and switched on. Rooms are functional though not too spacious. Enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, worth the price

I love staying at Moxy Hotels. This location is very conveniently near the UBahn and stations. I just stayed the past two nights and The night staff were really lovely - they helped me print things and were really very nice people!! The place is very cool and gym is amazing. My room was very clean and quiet. It felt like home away from home!!

They did not clean/service my room on the third day. Reception told me they are gonna do it right now. 20:30. Around 22u it was still not done. I was told it was not gonna happen. Waited for 1,5 hour. If they would have told me right away it was impossible, I would have asked for clean towels and taken my lose, they made me wait for 1,5 hour!! No compensation offered. Very disappointed. Not going back to moxy again.

Our stay at the Moxy Berlin Humboldthain Park was disappointing from start to finish. We instantly noticed the AC being broken in our room which prompted us to switch rooms where yet again the AC was broken for the entirety of our week long stay. On top of this, the advertised features of the TV were also not working, such as Netflix and Chromecast both being unavailable. Only a few basic channels were available. The staff had nothing more to offer for an explanation other than the fact they were simply unavailable at the time with not ETA for a fix in sight. Speaking of the staff, they did what they could and were generally nice and trying to be accomodating. However, they were clearly overworked and understaffed, with some members working long shifts from when we left the hotel in the afternoon, to still being there late at night. Very disappointing stay overall.

I’m a big fan of Moxy’s in general, and this one does not disappoint! Located about 300m away from the major train station; Gesundbrunnen, it is perfect if you are arriving late at night from a long distance train, or Indeed have to depart early for one. Because it is a so a link for S Bahn and U Bahn services it is also a great place to stay to explore Berlin. It is across the road from Volkspark Humboldthain and it’s beautiful gardens and interesting WWII flak tower.

The staff is very friendly and can check in and check you out very speedily, hotel itself looks like other Moxy’s and have the usual cool facilities. I found my room to be slightly larger than previous Moxy’s which was a nice surprise, and this was the case in the bathroom too. The room looked and functioned the same as other Moxy’s and was up to the standard I expected.

All in all when I’m looking for a quick rest stop in Berlin again I’ll definitely consider staying here again!

Great funky hotel. Lovely reception staff that are really helpful.
Reception is very relaxed with a retro feel. Comfortable seating areas to relax and drink a nice beer.

Breakfast, plenty of options.

Rooms clean and tidy.

The hotel is very close to a good sized shopping centre so plenty of places to grab some food. Supermarket there to.

Next door is Gesundbrunnen train station. From here you can get anywhere in Berlin. Also, the FEX train leaves from here and will get to Berlin Airport or from Berlin Airport, about €10.00, takes 30 mins. Station is actually within terminal 1.

Felt safe within the area atcall times.

Very good staff, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast not bad but wasn't included. Issue with keeping the room cool.
