We were not informed on the beforehand about either of these. The only positive was that the staff helped us fast when the lock on you door did not work (we could not get in to the room after leaving it). You hear EVERYTHING from the even when the windows was closed. I would not recommend. Save the money or pay an extra €10 for something better.

Never stay here. The staff was most unhelpful when I locked myself out of my room. It would be an easy problem to fix, but it seemed like the man behind the counter wanted to «teach me a lesson». He started laughing when I cried. Very unpleasant experience. I am a 19 year old girl and I understand that the staff maybe has some problems with younger people making noise, but as a human being, I refuse to stay quiet when someone does not treat me with respect or patience. Definetly not when your only job is to help and service your guests.
Would highly not reccomend spending your time or money here, thank you.

Just a bad experience, the people working at the hotel didn’t care and acted so unprofessional. , not even some human factor in it. When one of my friends started crying the people behind the desk started to laugh. Rooms were bad and hot, weren’t even cleaned good enough. Don’t go here and save you’re money

Hotel with its own Charm, the rooms are okay and pretty comfortable so if you want to feel the real Berlin Style which is living Minimal life, the Hotel is for you. And the People who work there are really friendly and can speak many Languages. It was an interesting experience there.
The views through the Window are pretty Boring
Thats why 4 Stars.

Very nice and clean hotel. The train/metro station is very close (2 min walking).

They had bedbugs but the staff was decent expect some were exceptionally rude along the two star rating of this place truly shows
