Make sure you never go there !
Been a member for 2 years and I don’t recommend it at all ! The gym itself is perfectly renovated but the stuff are mainly rude specially the manager (Denis). I can’t wait for my contract to end and finally Go back to FitnessFirst again .
DON’T WAIST YOUR ENERGY AND TIME AND MONEY IN THIS PLACE .

Was told with diamond membership would have full access to all other David Lloyd's clubs. Went to the Berlin club and had to pay multiple extras that are specifically mentioned as included in a diamond membership (e.g. refill of water bottle at fountain and towels). I would advise going to another gym like Third Space instead where I never encountered any issues. Will likely look for options once my 1 year membership expires.

Work on your website. Work on your people. How outdated their process is, you have to go in person about the prices and etc. Is this something we can do online? Its 2022??? I went there before and my time was quite wasted for something you can actually add on your website.

Instead of telling gym and spa prices on their website or via phone they waste your time by selling you a welcome tour first.

I went to the sauna, paid 40 euro for the day and it was really nothing special. It looked like it was once cool in the 90ties and since then they left it this way. If it had cost half the money, it would have been an ok experience but for this price, I expect more. I know the beautiful sauna and spa venues in the rest of germany. This does not compare...

I know Germans don’t wanna hear it, but one little area without FKK would be great for those among us who struggle to relax while being relentlessly STARED at by other naked guests. Free body culture shouldn’t mean free to perve at you culture. It’s creepy and uncomfortable. Even the pool is FKK. Great foot massages, though, and you can keep your robe on.
