This is the most messy and dirty KFC I have ever visited. Food was alright, but the tables were dirty, the ground was very dirty, the staff was unfriendly, the clients were dirty. But this might be a Berlin thing.

One of the worst KFC restaurants i have ever seen. The restaurant seems to be understaffed because it takes nothing less than 20 minutes to get your meal and if you get it fast then the meal is cold. I went there, looked around and there were French fries and other eaten food under the table. The serving trays are broken. I fail to understand how such a huge chain can’t afford to clean the restaurant, provide some good service and serve the food on unbroken trays. It feels that i pay them only to be insulted and have the worst food ever.
THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT IS THAT THERE IS A MCDONALD’S JUST 10m AWAY.

Sometimes we have to be so harsh. Maybe the others would learn from their mistakes!

One moment, I have to read the restuarant's name to make sure that this is actually KFC!

The worst fried chicken in KFC I've ever tried. The chicken pieces were cold ,no salt at all nor crunchy !

I've paid 16€ and I really regret it !

This place only offered me 1 type of burger and take away only because they were 20 minutes away from closing.

When I got home I noticed that most of my order was missing.

I complained online and they replied with a generic email offering me a free meal and they spelled my name wrong.

Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe this place.

It’s fast food but It took me 20 mins to order and 20 mins to prepare my food.

Always factor in a 20min wait. Nothing fast about thus food as the staff is constantly confused with order numbers or what goes into what bag. Hilarious to watch if you're not hungry ????

Dirty, stuff slowly, food not so hot and not fresh. No unlimited drink like in other normal KFC
