The waitress was nice, however the food itself was not my taste... the chicken had too much fat (looked like low quality meat), the rice was cold and the only non alcoholic beverage they had was Fanta and still water. Besides, there were people smoking inside and outside, so there was no way to avoid the bad smell while eating. The only really good think was the french fries with cheese (tasty, warm and a big portion)

Finally, authentic Bulgarian food in Berlin! I went there with friends to show them what BG food means and we left very full and very happy :)

Update: Went there again for dinner - it was full of fellow Bulgarians and EVERYBODY smoked. They also have a guy who sings live and we were sitting right next to a blasting speaker. The personnel doesn't speak any DE or EN and I had 2 non-BG friends at the table who were feeling very awkward in this whole set-up. At the end, we didn't receive a bill, we were just told how much we have to pay. The restaurants in Bulgaria used to be like this ages ago, but have improved a lot since (incl. there's a state ban on smoking indoors). I feel like this place is making a very bad reputation of my country, hence, lowering the rating to 2 stars.

Das Futter war nicht das Einzige, welches in diesem Lokal für große Augen sorgt! Ich versuche wirklich sehr gerne neue Lokale aus und bin andauernd auf der Ermittlung nach neuen Lokalen, aber diesem Gasthaus werde ich treu bleiben. Das Gasthaus ist super einfach zu erreichen! Die gute Verkehrsanbindung macht einen Besuch fix machbar. Die Bedienungen sind jedes Mal besonders umgänglich und sehr verbindlich. Das macht mir bei jedem Besuch absolut viel Wohlgefallen. Ich fand das Angebot überaus sympathisch.
