It is very hot in the gym, what really makes my efficiency during the training drop. I asked to turn on the air conditioning, because it really gets hard to breath in the rooms without windows, and I was told that there was no air conditioning. It is not okay for a gym! It has to provide the comfortable environment for an improvement.

They have almost all windows open 24/7. So when it's hot outside, the a/c can't function and when it's cold outside... Well, sweat plus cold draft, you get the idea. Not too bright, fellas. Not too bright.

The water from the vending machine is of such poor quality, it's just slightly shy of disgusting.
Some of the cheap pleather on the machines is long overdue for replacement and the showers are desperate for some descaler.
Speaking of showers... The timer button is set to 8 seconds. EIGHT SECONDS! It's infuriating trying to shower like that.

When you try to hold yourself up against the rail over the benches (for example to put on shoes) your hand comes back with an inch of dust, cause only directly visible surfaces are being cleaned.

Some of the staff is so desperate to feel important, they'll be on your a** about the most petty, inconsequential things, and they aren't even polite about it.

If the constant draft and the petulant stasi-attitude of some(!) staff members doesn't unnerve you, the studio is after all fit for purpose.

UPDATE:

Since I placed my review, the the upholstery has been fixed. ????

As I moved from Superfit to here,
1. There is no free drink like superfit you have to buy it in a machine .
2. I just miss a sauna in superfit after cardio .
3. The toilet is always stink and dirty.
What I like here
1.The atmosphere is way better than superfit here is more cozy in my opinion.
2. The machine is quite good maintenance and clean even in a pandemic time.

The staff is quite rude, often don’t even respond to a ‘Hallo‘ when you walk in. However, some of them address you in an impolite and excessively familiar way if you misplace your towel or other items.
Also, during the quarantine in 2021 McFit kept taking payments from my bank account, despite claiming they wouldn’t due to temporary closure. Upon complaint, I was told that I would be given my money back, and to ‘speak with customer service’. At the moment, around 1 year later, I still have not received any refund.
Aside from that, the place is rather clean and equipped with all basic gym machines and weights.

I went first day. No one on reception. I have to ask to guide with rooms. Lady didn't bother to show them just gave info. I searched and changed. No one is there to guide with machines. All in German instructions I found it very difficult to understand language and don't know how to use them. It's expected to guide new people. I felt very bored inside. In ladies room only one open shower. Things were very old and unmanaged. I also had to ask for locker services to help. Lady just came with angry gesture and helped. All over not Happy. I won't recommend :-(

The 24/7 is true, you don't value it until you really needed when the only available time you have are in the late nights or really early morning.
