Quite old hotel with high ceiling. Good size for a couple. Bathroom is decent but the bed is not that comfortable. Hotel is not in the center of Berlin so price is not as expensive as the others. There is a very good Vietnamese restaurant in front of the bus stop near the hotel.

Horrible experience, the worst I ever had…
45 minutes for the checkin without any explanation, not even welcoming to take a sit, the guys in the night are so rude not even saying hello to you and they are unprofessional, I booked a room and then they gave me a totally different one just because and lots of things that made feel uncomfortable. The bed is like hospital bed and the pillows…well, can’t explain how bad are them. In overall it was pretty bad , they are not even helping you out to find the parking and he wanted to overcharge me 40€ more than what it was in Booking…

AVOID THIS PLACE.
How to describe my experience with that hotel? Well it all started with 1 full hour of wait because all the staff was talking with a single customer and none of them could help us. Then well, let's talk about the room. We had a reservation for a quad with 2 double bed. We had some pictures from the Booking webSite, the room was absolutely awful in comparison, we had only 2 singles bed and one Sofa, very small and with no Sheet, no bedcover, no Pillow, and one very small cover, not enough for 2 people (first pic). Then the stuff forgot to change our Towels, that we put in the bag, like they say to do, and we had to ask for them to change (2nd picture, 5pm of 2nd day) , as well for the request of the additional Pillow. So the service was also slow, we had to ask 2 times to get a pillow, and I can assure that if u are taller than 1.50m it's impossibile to sleep well in that ''''bed"" (sofa), in fact we used the chair as bed extension. Choose another place If u can, the only good point is that it's quite cheap and not that far from the station, just to be fair

Very precious room. Clean bathroom. Staff were really nice and friendly as well. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay. Great price and friendly staff. Spacious rooms. I will definitely come back again.

Very nice rooms, but the sleeping couch is too hard for the back. Rooms are provided with anything you want. The showers are a bit on the small side, so I recommend using the bathtub if you have one. Breakfast was big, but not too big. It was a nice breakfast. Oh, and the floors crack.

Hotel staff was amazing and went out of there way to make my stay as accommodating as possible. Great breakfast, nice game room, and a bar as well. Rooms were new and impeccably clean! Great location around any type of food/restaurant you could desire. A park across the street, a mall right next door, as well as a grocery store. Hotel is a short 1 mile walk to ALL of Berlins best landmarks. Bus stop is right across the street from hotel. A must stay while in Berlin! You will not be disappointed
