This place did not leave a good impression during lunch today. They were disorganized, and could visibly no longer keep up during the lunch rush. Orders were stacking up, and they ended up locking the front door. I had to walk around the back to catch up with my folks who were already in.

The grey haired shift manager needs serious people skills training - his customer communication was substandard even for constantly neurotic Berlin. Nothing to complain about with the order other than the wait time. The crew needs serious team building and training to handle peaks as a unit.

The place has plenty of sitting room. There are two self ordering machine providing menus in English and German. Saving the hassle of conceiving in case you don't know German. The place also provides a small bakery that has cheese and strawberry cake slices.

The place was a little dirty. That's why rating it 4 stars

Everything comes how it was ordered. Makes me happy in my cheat days. It comes not hot but warm enaugh. Happy to have it close by.

Mc'd has one of the Worst vegan burgers. It tastes so bad. Until you implement a good vegetable patty like Burger King, you'll lose vegan customers.
Also there's no vegan salad. There's only a chicken salad. I mean, how bad can a food place be, that it has to push meat at all costs. Ridiculous!

Its very Bad place for delivery drivers, long waiting time, ignoring behaviour from staff when they know you are a delivery driver. As a driver If you get one order here then your 1 hour is gone. I wish Company never send me here again
