The food is really good, service so fast , employees are so kind , also the manger he work professional, place is really clean.

The food was fine, the only point is that was not possible to access the toilet even if I had a code of the door on the bill. I had to pee so badly and even if I went to ask to the responsible working on the Kasse i was denied the access. After 10 min waiting to take my ordered meal I saw a guy that asked the code of the toilet to a worker frying fries that he didn't even order nothing. I understand that could be a rule on the access of the toilet after specific hours, so adjust this decision communicating that in some way to the customer. On the bill is still written a code that let access the toilet to paying customers. I felt not treated fair.

One of the self ordering terminal is always down. For a big station like this the line gets huge !!! No one wants to order at the counter ! Jot sure how the manager does not notice this.

The food of MC is well known for being low quality. However, i will try to ignore that while rating the place.

The place was relatively clean. Wifi was also offered to costumers.

My main issue was how slow the staff actually was when it came to taking a simple order.

There are only two self-service machines for ordering (hence two stars), which means very long wait times to order. Such a busy location needs more self-service machines.

it's been 45 minutes since i stand there,but my order was not ready yet.
While I was there 3-4 delivery people went away with orders , after that I went through there without taking my order. the girl who was preparing the order does not know how to deal with the customer at all.
Such a worst staff .

I didn't want to give a single star but there is no option below that.

Toilet lady was making sure she gets the money. I hate handling coin money.
Edit: Reply pushed responsibility on an external provider, but who chooses/checks the external provider?
