Every time when I walked near this museum before I was wondering what is inside. Onсe I visited this place I was good impressed.
It is very interesting museum about history of Berlin from 1200 to nowadays.
Personally I explored a lot of new things.

Really worth to visit????????

The history of the City of Berlin. It's a great way to spend two hours to learn about how this vibrant and beautiful city came to be. The ticket is only 7 Euro and comes with a audio tour. Nice and compact but they do plan on renovations soon and making it more modern very soon. ????

This is a great museum displaying a gallery dedicated to history of Berlin. The museum very accessible by public transport. A model of Berlin from old time is at display giving great insight into past of the city. On first Sunday of month the Museum entry is free.

Great museum. While they have reduced the amount of exhibits in the different thematic rooms as well as locked off three areas, the building itself it phenomenal. It was specifically built as a classical museum and it features various different architectural styles on the outside as well in the inside from Gothic to Art Nouveau.

They are going to close the museum soon for a year or two to completely overhaul and redo it. So it is worth a visit now in late 2021 to see how it has been for the last decades.

Don’t forget to take short side stroll to the courtyard.

Very cool museum dedicated to the history of the city of Berlin. The audio guide was helpful. It was not very busy, and I assume a lot less busy than the museum island institutions. Easily accessible from public transportation.

Great museum with very informative audio tour. Worth the time to stop and get a perspective on Berlin's unique history.
