Great business lunch - there are always a couple of vegan dishes on the menu. Prices for lunch are very affordable (between 6 and 7,50€).
Staff is friendly and will prepare vegan soup if asked.
During dinner time prices are a bit higher. Portions are big and dishes taste great - not too spicy; ingredients seem fresh.
Interior design might be a little outdated, but still a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Great Indian place for a very affordable business lunch. They offer a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Staff is friendly, food usually very tasty and fresh and prices average for the area.
Dinner there is also very good, even though prices are a little higher than during lunch.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Berlin, if not the best. I have been coming here for years and their food tastes better and better every time. I strongly recommend the Chicken Vindaloo if you love spicy food like me.
The owners are super nice people and always have a smile for us and our kids.
Prices are affordable and totally value for money. They also have cheaper daily menus.
I totally recommend this place to all the Indian food lovers out there.

Seeing the average review score of 4.0, I wasn't expecting much. But I wanted to try the business lunch offer (main course from the daily menu + free soup and salad) since one of my favourite Indian places (Shaan) near my old workplace had that too and it was amazing.
And while Mama India's offer isn't as good as the one at Shaan, I can't really complain much.

Sure, the soup was not as amazing but definitely decent, even though there could've been more in the bowl.
The salad was nice, even though the portion was quite small.
The main course (Chicken Tikka) was really good (could've been more spicy), I liked that they put fresh vegetables on top even though it had grilled peppers and onions already.

The ony thing missing from the business lunch offer were papadums (and technically, Chapati and tea/mango lassi, but that's ok, I don't need them).

So while it definitely doesn't reach Shaan's offer, I give it 4 stars since the food was alright and my expectations were low.

Very good!! Lamb masala is the very best option if one like spicy and lamb meat.

Food was nice but staff is really unfriendly and arrogant. Waiter’s behaviour was very rude since beginning and when I paid the bill, the waiter was looking for 10 cents change in his wallet, I said its okay you can keep it. He replied in very arrogant way, “No its a lot of money, don’t give me that much”..
Everybody knows that 10 cents is not a huge amount, but someday might want to save you from trouble of searching coin in your wallet.

Food is good but as per European taste, good for big groups.
