Visited the Madami after twice years during recent visit to Berlin. This time tries their Burger with Tofu. Something different. They have very large number of vegetarian and vegan options. Their Glass noodles are a must try. Overall ambiance is good. Service is also fast. Since, it really gets full it is better to seek reservations or reach early for comfortable sitting. Try their Madami Green or Red cocktails.

Very tasty Vietnamese traditional food at the Mitte area where very there's very competitive restaurants.
Service is very welcoming and smiley.
Reasonable prices towards an upper level.... Tea very expensive 4.2 ?
The vibe of the place is very relaxed and let you feel at home.
Sufficient space between tables in this time of Covid.
I'd recommend them very highly

They put too much salad on every dish (way too much effort in my opinion). Waitress asked if we were ok to add 2€ extra as a tip. Is it normal in Berlin ?

The food was good though!

Very nice place, with pleasant environment. The waiters were really nice. Food was little bit pricey but really tasty. Definitely would come again.

The also accept cards so that is + 1*.

Madami is always a good idea

While not particularly original or creative, Madami is a successful Vietnamese restaurant (they have several around the city) that has always delivered along the years consistently tasty and quality food in a laid back and nice atmosphere.

The place: the restaurant we usually go is the one close to Alexanderplatz. The design is nice and rather simple: a sort of revisited modern colonial style interpreted in a smart and functional way. The restaurant also has an outside terrace with large long tables that you may end up sharing with other customers.

The service: service was efficient and rather nice, even if a bit cold. Staff though know their job.

The food: while not particularly creative (but to be fair it is named “mom’s Vietnamese cuisine”, so you know you will not go for crazy creative plates), the food is always consistently good and relatively authentic. Products are fresh and tasty, cooking usually good. Got very nice Nem Ran (fried rolls with vegetables and chicken), and really good salmon with peanut sauce and coconut milk. Salmon was perfectly cooked. Satay chicken skewers were good, but the peanut sauce still needs some improvements.

The price: for the kind of food and the venue, I would set the price on the expensive end of its category, but still acceptable. Spent 55 euro with tip.

Overall the restaurant is a good address in the city, especially in my opinion for a nice but rather quick lunch while visiting the city. Personally I wouldn’t go there for dinner, but it’s just my opinion and my feeling.

Friendly staff and a nice place. The food is great and plenty. We went for the menu and got more food then we could finish. A must visit if you're a fan of Asian cuisine.

We were looking for a nice restaurant located near the Alexanderplatz train station and came across this one, we were not disappointed.
The food was tasty and different from other Vietnamese restaurants. I tried the Tom Chien Xu (crispy king prawns with mixed vegetables in a sweet-sour mango sauce, served with rice and salad ) it was very good, the mango sauce was slightly sweet and went well with the crispy shrimps and the salad.
What I have particularly loved was the Nep Xoai La Dua Madami dessert (Sweet rice dumpling with peanut-beans-coconut filling, served with sweet coconut-mango-creme, sesame and peanuts). It tasted like mochi but less sweet, the filling was really good and the combination of all these ingredients, coupled with the crispiness of peanuts resulted in a really delicious dish.
