There are so many good reasons to stay here. This was our 30th visit. The garden is charming. The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleverly designed. Two pillows ( hard and soft) allow for brilliant sleep. Hygiene and the environment are important to the hotel and we chose ( for example) not to have the room cleaned every day. Very reasonable room rate for both private and business visits. Can't wait to return!

Reasonable priced, rooms a bit small but very convenient with dimmable lights, a safe and a very very nice shower. Beds comfy, multiple pillows. Friendly staff, parking garage underneath the hotel which we could also use for our rental bikes.

If you want to use the garage for your car, a reservation is recommended.

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't regret it.

Great place to stay when you're sight-seeing in Berlin. Only the neccessities, nothing more, but it's stylish, clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good. Just like every other Motel One I've been to so far.

The hotel and the rooms are looking good, the staff is nice but I couldn’t sleep because the club across the street is blasting music and my room is banging. The hotel is full so I am unable to change room… I am travelling for business and not partying. I will not book this place again.

Rooms are decent. Motel one rooms are little smaller than other hotels. It's in prime location. If you open the window there is train sounds and also car tyres noise while passing on cobbled street ok Berlin. If you do not open window the rooms are too hot or lacking of cross ventilation.

Excellent hotel. Rooms though small are modern and clean. Equipped with a large TV, modern bathroom and comfy bed. A kettle would of been a nice addition though.

What made the trip for me though was the staff. All very helpful and friendly especially Stefan behind the bar.

This will be my go to hotel should I return for another visit to this wonderful city.

I generally have good experience with Motel 1 but this time there were a few issues: 1) The fan was noisier than usual 2) The sound isolation was not as good: I could hear the phone of someone vibrating for hours that kept me awake + the fan of another room was creating loud bass in our room.
