I would have given it a 4 star rating had it not been for the bunch of hair that we found in our salad. It was really a yuck experience and we felt like throwing up right there. They waived off the bill for the salad but it really left a bad impression of the place and I am not going back!

The beer was fantastic. Went here two days in a row. The pretzels were better the second time I went. I'd definitely go back. Reasonably priced and nice waiters helped me choose the best food items on the menu.

The Beer comes in big glasses 1L much bigger than pints back in the UK. The food was served quickly and was very nice. The service received was great and I’d come back again if I’m ever back in Berlin.

Honestly speaking it's hard to get us by the famous trademark speaking about the beer but this restaurant just happened to be on our way to the places we were going occasionaly and at that moment we were looking where to eat something. So we decided to take an opportunity to kill two birds with one stone: to try the original Löwenbräu in the heart of Berlin and to have something to eat. Among the dishes we fixed on goulash soup and we took a classic pilsener "Premium Pils". We were satisfied so much with the soups! Maybe we were just too hungry... as well as the dish itself was kind of new to us. The beer was OK but it's the original Löwenbräu made in Germany which we'll never get at home. The waiter's glance was a bit hilarious when we asked for the check just after we got our soups with one beer, haha. Sorry, we were a bit hurrying... However, we didn't regret in any aspect that we visited Löwenbräu Restaurant in the center of Berlin.

Good German staples such as currywurst, goulash and schnitzel and lots of beer. Perfect for tourists wanting to eat German classics
