Stayed here for 5 nights over Easter. The hotel is well situated near public transport and is very close to Alexanderplatz. The booked a standard room which a good size and very comfortable. The fruit and water in our room was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and and helpful. We arrived early on our first day and could leave our bags and explore the local area before check in. The downstairs bar is great for a drink. Small tip to fellow travelers, head away from Alexanderplatz and not far from the hotel within walking distance are many restaurants that are a whole lot cheaper than in the centre and sever amazing food.

I went to this hotel as part of a conference. There were both very good and some mediocre aspects to staying here.
First the good :)
I enjoyed the friendliness of most employees. The bed was super comfortable, the windows great at blocking out sound and the AC was absolutely fantastic in the summer heat.
That being sad, there was a bigger mold stain on the wall of the shower. I do not know how that was ignored. It was kind of nasty and it put a bit of a damper on the enjoyment of the shower to have black mold. So one star goes away for that. I don't have a picture for it, but other people around me saw it too.

The other thing is that the staff was so quick with taking people's plates away while eating, that took some of the enjoyment away as well. Like someone went to the bathroom, came back, plate with leftover cake is already gone. Maybe they can pace themselves a bit. Some of the kitchen staff did not understand German either and did not indicate wanting to speak in English, so that was a bit unfortunate sometimes when talking.

Overall a very positive experience! Nice facilities, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Our room was very quiet and clean. The furniture in good condition. We enjoyed our stay entirely and didn’t have any complaints. Totally recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.
-The staff was friendly and efficient.
-The room, though a little small for our liking, was clean, well maintained and comfy.
-The location of the hotel is excellent.
-There are tram and bus stops at just 2-3 minutes walking distance.
-There is an Edeka (supermarket) just around the corner, which we found very handy.

Overall, a great experience and value for money.

It is quite a prestigious chain, so we booked a room for several nights to enjoy Berlin. The location is near a bus/metro station so that is convenient to get into the city.

For check in there were 2 woman working at the desk. Neither of them were great in service, one of them very moody and not helpful at all. Very unpleasant to see someone like that when entering the hotel.
During check in it was not told as well that there is a spa, so we found that out the day later.

On the first night we had issues with the ventilator, the room wouldn't cool down, it was 27 degrees in our room. Moreover there were no parking spaces, it was full. The pillows were very bad, there was no fridge and no kettle. It's a 4 star hotel, I expect more!

Adding all up we had quite a bad first day/night. I went to the front desk, luckily there was a nice man working, and he apologized profoundly. We got a better room and breakfast, which I think is a good solution.

Breakfast has a lot of options, including a vegan station which was great. Service during breakfast was also quite good.

Cleaning could have been done way better. Toiletries are not supplemented. Also dirty dishes not taken away, and bed is not made properly.

Overal experience is negative. I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms are not bad but the parking charge is too high. 2£ every hour and 18£ for night. Each time you go out you have to pay. As if guests come to sleep with the car at the hotel. They don’t have to go anywhere. Check in guests car parking should be free of cost.

Pricey and doesn't worth the price. Hotel is clean and comfortable, not more than that. The team at the bar is rude. I gave up and didn't order at the end. I was polite and patient. Shocked by their attitude. Wouldn't recommend this hotel
