The customer service here is horrendous. I asked in quite clear German for something, and my response was being stared at as if there was something wrong with me. I said it once again, and this time the server decided to listen to me. When it was time to pay, I handed a banknote over. I'd already calculated the price, and so prepared the appropriate banknote beforehand. When he saw that I already had prepared the banknote before he was ready, he once again looked at me as if there was something wrong. Giving him the (very loose) benefit of the doubt, I made the excuse that my German wasn't very good (it was perfectly acceptable), to which his response was "but of course" with a smirk. At least I bother learning and studying German. Show your customers the tiniest bit of respect! If you need something to eat, just go to Scoom, which is directly across the platform.
