I was amazed by the great quality of the food, its presentation, speed of preparation and the service found in this gem. By far one of the best dinners I had in Germany after almost 3 years in the country. Highly recommend the vegetarian option of "Gebratener Semmelknödel" made by chef Florian Wehr after a good tour in the woods nearby. Other reviews suggest that the service was not always 100% during corona but based on my experience I can only believe this is no longer the case. Make sure you come here and get a taste of what Germanic food is really supposed to taste like!

Food was served quickly and with much friendliness. Eating outside was very pleasent. There is parking for cars opposite the restaurant. Service got a little slow as things picked up, but nothing very bad. They do not have kids menu but we're flexible when we ordered for the little one.
They only take cash or Girocard, no visa or Mastercard debit cards.

Must-go restaurant for good German food. The place is very cosy and the staff very very kind.

It was a bit expensive about 50 € for two not bad. But the price was definitely worth it honestly the best cooked pork I've ever had super tender and juicy. Loved this meal! And the chef was very nice!

Here on a recent evening and the food was excellent! This place was a true gem. The chef obviously knows what he is doing and all four of us who ate here enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely return to enjoy this place again!

Food is okay! I didn't try much but it was good what I tried. Coffee is not great either but it does the job.
