Fitness room without aircon gets really hot in summer.
Staff is unfriendly, gives orders and don't smile. I know it's a thing in Prenzlauerberg, however, it is still unpleasant to arrive at the gym to relax and have someone being rude. Where is the customer service training ? Please educate your staff.

Good fitness studio. Not too much people. Good music, the team is really nice and present. Class and sauna are included on the price ( 20 euros per month ).
The only negative point is that the sauna is not really isolated since it is on the middle of the dressing room, so somehow not relax sometimes.

Unbearably hot, even when it's not so hot outside. No AC, no fans, nothing.
Courses sometimes simply don't happen, no apologies, no excuses, nothing. So if you are looking for courses, be ready to sometimes waste your time going there.

Really good price for a no strings attached gym membership with a great range of courses such as yoga, pilates, body pump and more as well as machines and a place to stretch

A friendly gym for women. Clean, spacious, with sauna and variety of classes.
