Awesome place with comfy outdoor seating and some indoor tables.
Food was delicious and such a great price. Can’t beat the value.
Big selection of Vietnamese food including multiple curries.
Service was super fast and friendly.
They only take cash.
100% recommended.

Kubi was a very small and very cute restaurant. We had dinner there and tried some of their dishes. They have a few vegan option, but also vegetarian and non vegan options as well. The food was delicious and spicy. They also had non spicy food. Drinks were also delicious. The staff was friendly and food was ready pretty quickly. But they did let us take our time as we didn't know anything from the menu, there was no pressure. Definitely give Kubi a try if you're nearby and want something spicy in cute restaurant.

Wow just wow. Incredible value and magnificent food. Had roast duck fried rice with salad. I travelled from Scotland for the day to eat here again. Its as great as always.

I have been here a dozen times and simply love the place. Not only is the food delicious, it’s also very reasonably priced and, most importantly, the owner is a fantastically kind and nice person. It’s always a pleasure to see her and she goes to great lengths to ensure that guests have a good time. An amazing restaurant!

It is extremely cute, in a naive and slightly outdated, asian kind of way but the effort is there.
I spent so much time deciding and ended up ordering something completely different from what I had in mind. It’s so ignorant of me but I just have a great problem memorising Vietnamese dish names...
Polite but a bit impatient service.
Returned for a Vietnamese coffee which was slow but tasty and cheap.

Small spring rolls barely have any rice inside (forget about vegetables). Pho Bo was fine but very average. I really liked coconut milk soup, though.
