Don't go here!! This place has really TERRIBLE service. After waiting for a long time in line because there was only one person serving at the counter the guy served me an ice cream with two very small scoops and then went on to serve two other customers before returning my change. There's a small area in front of the counter so I had to wait and have people shuffle around me until he gave me my change. When I asked for my change he just grinned, didn't look at me and then went on to serve the next customer. The ice cream and service is much better at eismanufaktur close to Leopoldplatz if you're looking for good ice cream and good service. Don't waste your time here!
In reply to your response below I would like to add: all your son (the guy serving behind the counter) had to do was say something like, “I’m so sorry your change is on it’s way.” But instead he grinned and continued to serve the next two customers without saying anything. When I asked for my change he just ignored me. There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour. As I wrote before, this is terrible service. I’m not the only one here who has had this experience with your son. Read the reviews. Perhaps a bit of customer service training wouldn’t go astray....
